Internationally acclaimed organist Kimberly Marshall presents a program celebrating the women who have shaped the organ across its long history. The story begins in the 3rd century BCE with Thaïs and continues through the performers, composers, and teachers who have enriched the tradition ever since, including works by Florence Price, Nadia Boulanger, and Jeanne Demessieux. Holder of the Goldman Endowed Professorship in Organ at Arizona State University and honored by the Royal College of Organists with its highest award, Marshall brings world-class artistry and deep scholarship to this tribute.
