SHALL WE DANCE?
On December 15, 1968, residents of Sun City gathered for the first performance of what is now known as the West Valley Symphony. Maestro Kellogg was named Music Director/Conductor of the group in April 2009, and with his personable style and exceptional talent the orchestra continues to provide stirring performances for the West Valley throughout the year. Now the orchestra travels to the east side of the Valley to present an entertaining program of dance music which will include the “Bacchanale” from Saint-Saens’ Samson and Delilah, Polovtsian Dances by Borodin and Ravel’s Bolero along with other well-known works.
